If this blood supply get interrupted due to some reason then our hair start loosing its healthy state. So, to make hair thick and strong we only need to improve blood supply to hair follicles. We can do this by doing exercise. Yoga poses like Head Stand, Utthanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Adho Mukho Savasana (Downward Dog Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), Setubandhasana (Bridge Pose) increases blood flow towards head. Meditation and breathing exercise will further improve hair thickness.

Apply Egg Mask On Scalp
