How To Use Neem Oil
Neem oil is very potent. So, instead of applying it directly on skin one should add it with other carrier oil. You can use coconut oil, almond oil, castor oil, mustard oil, olive oil as carrier oil. Quantity of both these oil should be same. Either you apply it on scalp or any other body part massage it gently with fingers for some minutes so that your skin absorb oil properly. After applying on scalp take a towel or shower cap put it on head for an hour and let oil do it’s work. Later on wash hair with some mild shampoo.
Remember this is not a one time job you have to do on regular basis or atleast thrice a week. It will take some time to get desirable results.
Prepare Neem Oil At Home
Neem oil is available in market, but you can also prepare it at home. To make neem oil at home follow these steps:
- Take some neem leaves, fruits and wash them with water.
- Crush them a little bit until you see juice started coming out of it.
- Now take a glass jar, add carrier oil into it (Anyone you like but I prefer coconut oil)
- Now add crushed neem into this oil and mix them well.
- Place it in sunlight for 10 to 12 days. After that neem oil is ready to prevent hair and skin issues.
